Fees payments must
be paid in full by the start of each course

Fees Installments
must be paid on or before the 2nd of every month.
Failure to pay by the 7th day will incur an interest
equivalent to 10% of the fees payable. If the
student has not paid by the 15th Day of the Month,
he/she is discontinued from further attendance of
classes until such a time the fees are paid in full
plus the accrued interest calculated at 10% per
month in default.

Registration
/Application fee is non refundable under no
circumstances

Fees once paid and
classes have started are non refundable under no
circumstances

Cancellation of a
course booked can be made before the course starts
provided that any refund made will be less 30%
administration/cancellation fee. Please note that
once classes starts no refunds are possible.

Canceled classes
refunds will only be made to the person/company
sponsoring the student. Under no circumstances will
the refund be made to any person other than the one
who paid the fees.

Should
Johannesburg Polytechnic Cancel any course due to
"Acts of God" these includes Government Policy
Change, Natural Disasters, Political Turmoil, etc.
We will not give any refunds under those
circumstances.

If and when
Johannesburg Polytechnic cancels a course due to
unforeseen events, a full refund will be made to the
person responsible for fees payments as indicated in
the application form. This fees refund will be less
10% administration fee. Application fees however
will not be subject to a refund.

International
students do not qualify for fees refunds once a
student permit has been processed in the name of the
college.

International
Students must pay their fees in advance before
embarking on any courses. No letters of admission
will be processed without a full fees payment.

The college does
not offer accommodation. As such we do not charge
accommodation fees. However if a student requests
the college to look for accommodation, R 300.00 must
be deposited in the college to facilitate such a
request.

Books and
stationery are not included in the fees payments.
Students are advised that they should budget around
R600.00 for books and stationery for each module
selected in professional examinations.
